·         Should the government spend more money on improving roads and highways, or should government spend more money on improving public transportation(buses, trains, subway)?why?

The public transportation in Jakarta is not good enough, like bus, train and etc. Many public transportation there are old and unfit to use. Hot, dirty, unsafe it is also part of not good enough of public transportation facilities exist. Besides the bad conditions of vehicle one another reason is a driver, whose very reckless and impatients at driving. Those are the huge factor that makes public transportation  unfit to ride. And finally they choose to use personal vehicle and makes traffic jam, because there are to many  vehicle on  the road.

I know the problem not only on the quality of public transportation, homover other problems there is traffic jam. But the government can’t stop the growth of vehicle in the city, the streets will always solid. Everyone will still use they personal vehicle, no matter how the government improving the highway or toll road, the congestion will not go away.

With all the reasons, that’s way I think the government better use the money to improve the quality of public transportation. Maybe by fixing the ones we already have, getting new ones, and well educated driver or anything else but make it more fit to ride. Because then people would prefer public transportation because they feel more comfortable and secure, thereby reducing to use their personal vehicle. In other words there are vehicle on the road will be reduce and could reduce congestion.

Indonesia is a beautiful country dan rich,here many interesting  places that  we can visited. Very suitable for those who want to holiday, because Indonesia can offer many different place can we go for tour. Start  from history tour, nature, culture and even food.

If there a foreigner come to Indonesia they should go to Bali, in there really beautiful  and already can give us all kind of tour. Like nature tour, for who like looked a beautiful nature, culture, history and also food. There are many beach in Bali like Kuta, Senggigi, Sanur and of course there are  many other beautiful beach. The Balinese culture is still deeply felt, it’s because they really keeping all the culture they have.

In Kuta beach we can do something interesting, you can sunburning on the sands and at the same time you can see the beautiful beach with blue water. Played the water sport at Tanjung Benoa like diving, banana boat, paraseling. Or you can surf, don’t worry if this the first time because there ready people will teach you. In the afternoon in Jimbaran we can enjoy a beautiful sunset while enjoy a delicious food.

To enjoy the culture, we can visit the temple at Uluwatu,  because there is often Kecak dance performance is held. While you want to know the history of Bali you can visit Goa Gajah, there is an ancient royal center Bali, heritage sites and temples in the form of cave.

For those who like to enjoy the beauty nature can visit Bedugul, the mountais area with beautiful Beratan Lakes and Ulun Danu temple. Or you can visit to Jatiluwih,  with variations of rice terraces with mountain forested background. The last place should not be forgotten for comes is Sukawati market, there are many kind of food and souvenirs special from Bali that can be made a gift. That’s way I choose Bali because there are many things we can do.

My opinion :


       Everyone has a different reason when they asked about what their computer functions. Often, people say their life computer is helpful, but others argue the reverse.

For example the positive influence that we can take is in the doing the work, such as a paper, presentation, enter and process data will be easier if we use computers. For information and communicating we can use the internet. Going “on-line” is the new way we like to communicate with people. Chat rooms on the Internet are open for people to talk and explore with other people who may live on the other side of the world or the other side of the street. E-Mail is also another popular way to correspond with others. Users can electronically send mail to another person with an on-line mailbox, simply by typing in their message and sending it by the click of a button. Two seconds to send e-mail to someone on the other side of the world is much quicker than a week or more through the ordinary mail. Other than that, we can also use the computer as the media of entertainment. At the moment we are bored doing the job; we can play games on the computer and watch the CDs / DVDs.

Previously we explained about the positive impact that we can feel by using a computer. Apparently not always have a positive advancement of the computer world for humans. Sometimes computers have made life complex and stressful (negative impact). One of the negative impacts of computers is:

·         We can feel is to our health, especially in the eyes. Eyes can be bothered even be damaged by the overuse computers. Another effect of the emergence a sense of lazy on us, that is because we are too busy to play games and not doing our jobs.

·         A high percentage of people sit at their computer far too long and some people lose reality as far as social activities and learning social skills. Not to mention packing on the weight and the lack of exercise that will haunt them further on down the road.

·         Sitting behind a computer all day is hard on the eyes.

·         Computers can distract a person so much they lose contact with the reality around them such as taking time with family, husbands, boyfriends, girlfriends, wives and children.

·         It opens up kiddy porn and other immoral things.

            Many people do work on the computer from their home but smart people do so much, then get up, get moving and get into shape. As a smart user certainly we should be able to use a computer well. Avoid all possibilities that can harm us. In conclusion use computer well, so that we can feel the positive impact and avoid negative impacts that exist.

a.      My reason and example

I think the value is some kind of special point to judge the students if he is smart or not, diligent or lazy and much more. In addition it is also value in use to determine a student passed or otherwise.

It is seldom the student use score as a competition between friends. Who gets the highest score that great or he can say the cleverest. But not always, it all depends on how our efforts in study. Therefore the value become encourage to always study.

With all factor that made the value is important students will encourage to keep study to get a good score. Good score give a plus point for the person. People who get good score will get more trust from his/her friends. Because they think he/she can help them in learning and understanding some problem.

Value can also be presented as motivation or prize for them who study well. I think that two things are connected, the value motivate people to learn. And also if people study well of course they will get a good score. So that way “Grades (marks) encourage students to learn”.

For example students in university, if students wants to graduate or pass to the next semester there is some condition that he has to fulfilled. In addition a good score, to achieve that of course they have to study hard. So they can achieve good score and can pass to the next semester.

As a result you can conclude that value is take an important part to motivate people on there study or learning progress. As well as a goal that you want to achieve, in the process of course we have to do something. So value is a goal we want to achieve and the process to get it by learning.

Sukuk

      Sukuk berasal dari Bahasa Arab : صكوك yang berarti dokumen atau sertifikat. Istilah sukuk merupakan bentuk jamak (plural) jamak dari صك Sakk, “ instrument hokum, akta, cek” adalah istilah dalam bahasa Arab yang digunakan untuk obligasi yang berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Sukuk dapat pula diartikan dengan Efek Syariah berupa sertifikat atau bukti kepemilikan yang bernilai sama dan mewakili bagian pernyataan yang tidak terpisahkan atau tidak terbagi atas Kepemilikan aset berwujud tertentu; Nilai manfaat dan jasa atas aset proyek tertentu atau aktivitas investasi tertentu; atau kepemilikan atas asset proyek tertentu atau aktivitas investasi tertentu.

Surat Berharga Syariah Negara (SBSN) atau dapat disebut sukuk negara adalah surat berharga negara yang diterbitkan berdasarkan prinsip syariah, sebagai bukti atas bagian penyertaan terhadap Aset SBSN, baik dalam mata uang rupiah maupun valuta asing.  Sukuk Negara Ritel adalah SBSN yang dijual kepada individu atau perorangan warga negara Indonesia melalui agen penjual dipasar perdana.

Dasar Hukum Sukuk

Dasar hukum penerbitan sukuk negara ritel adalah antara lain :

1. UU Nomor 19 Tahun 2008 tentang Surat Berharga Syariah Negara.
2. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 56 Tahun 2008 tentang Perusahaan Penerbit Surat Berharga Syariah Negara.
3. Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 57 Tahun 2008 tentang Pendirian Perusahaan Penerbit Surat Berharga Syariah Negara Indonesia.
4. Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 218 Tahun 2008 tentang Penerbitan dan Penjualan Surat Berharga Syariah Negara Ritel di Pasar Perdana Dalam Negeri.
5. Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 187 Tahun 2011 tentang Perubahan Atas Peraturan PMK Nomor 218 Tahun 2008 tentang Penerbitan dan Penjualan Surat Berharga Syariah Negara Ritel di Pasar Perdana Dalam Negeri.
6. Peraturan Dewan Syariah Nasional- MUI Nomor 69/DSN-MUI/VI/2008 tentang SBSN.

Sejarah obligasi syariah

Secara terminoogi sukuk adalah sebuah kertas atau catatan yang padanya terdapat perintah dari seorang untuk membayar uang dengan jumlah tertentu pada orang lain yang namanya tertera pada kertas tersebut. Kata sukuk berasal dari bhasa persia yaitu jak, lalu masuk dalam bahasa arab dengan nama shak. Goiten menyebutkan bahwa shak adalah asalkata dari kata chek yang terdapat dalam bahasa inggris dimana ia pada dasarnya  adalah surat hutang. Kemudian surat hutang  model ini bekembang di eropa. Sukuk sudah pakai sebagai salah satu alat pembayaran sejak awal islam dimana jatah (santunan negara) atau gaji para pegawai negara kadangkala dibayar dengan memakai kertas tersebut. Dalam sejarah disebutkan bahwa khalifah Umar Ibn al- Khatab adalah khalifah pertama yang membuat shak dengan membubuhkan setempel dibawah kertas shak tersebut.

Dalam perkembangannya, the Islamic Jurispudence Council (IJC) kemudian mengeluarkan fatwa yang mendukung berkembangnya sukuk. Hal tersebut mendorong Otoritas Moneter Bahrain (BMA – Bahrain Monetary Agency) untuk meluncurkan saham sukuk berjangka waktu 91 hari dengan nilai 25 juta dolar AS pada tahun 2001. Kemudian Malaysia pada tahun yang sama meluncurkan global corporate Sukuk di pasar keuangan Islam internasional. Inilah sukuk global yang pertama kali muncul di pasar internasional.

Kegiatan 3R (reuse,reduce,recyle)

Topik   : Pengelolaan Sampah

Tujuan : 

1. Memberikan contoh 3R yang dapat dilakukan masyarakat
(deskripsi)

    Mengelola sampah dengan cara 3R dapat dlakukan oleh siapa saja, kapan saja, dimana saja dan tanpa biaya. Banyak hal sederhana yang dapat kita lakukan dalam menukung 3R. berikut beberapa contoh kegiatan 3R.

·         Reuse :

1.           Pilihlah wadah, kantong tau benda yang dapat digunkaan beberapa kali.

2.           Gunakan sisi kertas yang masih kosong untuk menulis

3.           Jual atau berikan sampah yang terpilah kepada pihak yang memerlukan

·         Reduce :

1.   Pilih produk dengan kemasan yang dapat di daur ulang

2.   Kurangi penggunaan bahan sekali pakai

·         Recyle :

1.   Olah sampah kertas menjadi kertas daur ulang

2.   Lakukan pegolahan sampah organic menjadi kompos

    Mari kita semua melakukan 3R, karena kegiatan ini bisa memberikan dampak yang signifikan bagi penanganan sampah yang sering menjadi permasalahan disekitar kita.
